Pleased To Announce We Have Been Shortlisted For Several Business Awards.
When we launched following the first lockdown, our mission for EB&P, from the very beginning, was to create an estate agency that merges technology, local knowledge and contacts with traditional values and exceptional service, those details which are often undervalued or simply missed by other firms.
We decided we weren’t going to be a 9am-5pm estate agency, as we wanted to fit round the schedules of our clients and we decided against being a mainstream volume-led high street agent, instead we opted for a bespoke and niche personal approach whereby we live by the fact that ‘small details make a big difference’ and stock levels aren’t necessarily the aim of the business model.
So, we are so pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for not just one award but four local business awards, which are:
West Midlands Business Master Awards - shortlisted for Start Up Award
West Midlands Business Master Awards - shortlisted for Property Business Award
Solihull Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards – shortlisted for Solihull’s Outstanding Start-Up Business category
Solihull Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards -shortlisted for Solihull’s Award for Excellence in Customer Services

“We are really pleased to be shortlisted in both of these awards and each of these four categories and to be up against some other fantastic organisations is such an honour. To be shortlisted is a credit in itself and we can’t wait to see if we are successful.”
The Solihull Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards take place on Friday 7th October and the West Midlands Business Master Awards take place on Thursday 3rd November so wish us luck!
