Bespoke, high-end estate agents, Esther Broomhall & Partners (EB&P), which launched in June 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, is going from strength-to-strength with further expansion across Warwickshire, selling over 85% of its homes instructed, and being shortlisted for national award, The Negotiator’s New Agency of the Year.

Esther Broomhall set up her business, which is based in Knowle, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, with experienced property professional and former colleague, Lucy Cullen. The successful duo cover locations across Warwickshire, providing a bespoke high-level service to buyers and sellers, including land appraisal and new home sales for builders and developers.

The property market remains buoyant and since June 2020, Esther and Lucy have sold 54 homes to date. The couple were also presented with a one-off opportunity to represent a client’s London property which they sold within weeks. In addition, the pair are now working with six regional and national housebuilders, including Kingslea Homes and Vivo Living which have recently joined their portfolio.

Esther commented: “Since we launched in 2020 during the pandemic, we have been on an amazing journey. We had a fantastic first year and the business is continuing to grow at quite a fast pace, so we are on track to reaching or smashing all our annual targets for our second.

“Our ethos is to create an estate agency where the small details make a big difference. The team lives and breathes this ethos and it shows it is paying off with clients, housebuilders and now being shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards New Agency of the Year so early in the company’s existence. It is absolutely fantastic, and we have our fingers crossed for an award win, although we are up against some phenomenal agencies.”

The winners of the prestigious Negotiator Awards will be announced at a gala dinner on Friday 26th November 2021, at Grosvenor House, Park Lane in London.

In its 13-year existence, The Negotiator Awards has established itself as the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers. The awards are judged by a panel of 21 industry leaders and residential property experts.

Announcing the 2021 shortlist, publishing director, Grant Leonard, said, “The significance and importance of the Awards is reflected in the high quality and quantity of entries we’ve seen this year, proving that the industry is thriving and positive, despite the challenges presented by Covid-19.

“Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry and your customers that you are the best. Thanks to our judges for their diligence and hard work in analysing the hundreds of entries we have had.

“I’d also like to thank all the entrants for taking the time to enter the awards this year, your entries have been such a testament to the hard work and resilience of the sector.”
