Esther had her Junior and Senior education in Solihull town centre before 4 years at University. Following her graduation, she took an immediate role with a well known Solihull based, independent estate agent. Esther moved through all departments within the company, with a focus on high end residential sales and new homes.

Her organisational skills and ability to keep calm were beneficial attributes as she launched some of Solihull’s most premium new build schemes for established developers.
