Esther Broomhall & Partners’ Growth Continues with New Premises.

EB&P has moved into new premises in Knowle to cater for the continuous growth of the company.

To mark the new larger offices, which are situated at 124 Station Road, Esther held an event for customers, friends of the company and clients to showcase the new office and say thank you for their continuous support.

EB&P opened in June 2020 and is going from strength-to-strength with further expansion across Warwickshire. It has recently been shortlisted for four local business awards, including the Solihull Chamber Awards and won the Start Up Company of the Year Award at the Business Desk’s West Midlands Business Awards.

Esther commented: “To be moving into new offices, already in our short journey is amazing and it was great for Lucy and I to be able to host an event at our new offices to say thank you for the support. Our business model is working, we have a fantastic client base across Warwickshire, and we are growing rapidly so we need new offices to cater for the demand.

“Due to our continuous growth, we are planning ahead, as we will be expanding our team in the not-so-distant future. We are working with more house builders and consumers, representing all of the market and expanding across the county.

“The market is changing with the stamp duty being changed, mortgage rates rising but we are seeing more people looking to find new homes and move up and down the property ladder, so if anyone wants to have a chat about their situation, please get in touch or come and visit us at our new offices.”

Esther and Lucy manage a portfolio of homes across Warwickshire, sponsor Rowington Cricket Club and have recently been involved with Planting our Future run by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
