Covid-19 Update
Guidance for Clients and Representatives of EB&P | Esther Broomhall & Partners
Updated: 30th November 2021
As a result of Covid-19, we “EB&P” have a duty to reduce workplace risk to the lowest reasonably practicable level by taking preventative measures in line with Government advice endorsed by Public Heath England. Your safety and ours is paramount whilst being able to conduct the activities required in regard to the preparation of your home for sale, viewing a property and visiting our office.
Please click below to read our full Policy which outlines the steps we expect of you - buyers and sellers and our personal responsibility to you. Whilst we move forward with updated practices in what has been a most unsettling time, we appreciate your support, understanding and cooperation of these measures, for the safety and protection of all involved.
We confirm that it is best practice for agents and clients to wear a mask when visiting our office, and although it is not a requirement to wear a mask when out on viewings and house visits, this is strongly recommended.
Prior to a visit to our office we politely request that an appointment is made in order to confirm a specific day and time.
Thank you for your continued cooperation.
